National Trust Shoot.

Between working with my business, I also work as part of a photographic team for the National Trust. There are five of us altogether covering the whole of the National Trust’s estates right across the Peak District. Our jobs are to document everything going on no matter how big or small. The images are used in many areas such as publications, marketing and the web. There are always many projects happening and can mean a lot of travelling. I try and approach the subject in a reportage style but at times cannot resist getting my lights out for a bit of a fine art shot. Recently there has been a number of changes happening with regards to the people who work the lands such as the Rangers and tenant farms, which I hope to document throughout 2012. Even though I’m no landscape photographer as I enjoy capturing people, I will try and fire off a few of the hills.
